Adewole Adedeji Lugard Set to Donate Books to Students in Ilara-Mokin


Even as students in Ondo State are preparing for the next academic session, Mr. Adewole Adedeji Lugard, a philanthropist and pubic officer has announced his plans to donate over 2000 copies of note books among the pupils of public primary schools and students of secondary schools in Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State.

He made this known while speaking with newsmen in Ilara-Mokin on the 29th of September, 2021, according to him, the donation of the books is part of his project in championing and aid the education of some less privileged children.

He further explained that the gesture is a act of giving back to one’s country home and to mark the his birthday anniversary

In his words, “To mark my birthday anniversary, I am embarking on this project to donate books across the various Primary and Secondary Schools in Ilara-Mokin”

Also while we encourage Academic Excellence, I want to use this medium to motivate the students to aim higher in the new academic session” he added
